Namitha is an advanced practitioner sonographer with over 17 years of experience in diagnostic medical imaging. She recently completed an MSc in artificial intelligence and data science and is passionate about using data science and artificial intelligence to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Through her internship with Southampton Clinical Trials Unit (SCTU), Namitha is looking forward to developing her skills in health data science, statistical analysis, databases, and clinical research while gaining experience working with real-world healthcare data. Her long-term goal is to bridge the gap between clinical practice and AI, helping to develop innovative, evidence-based solutions that support both healthcare professionals and patients.
